GET api/Service/TaskRunner/Dev/OnlineMeters/Query/TopPage?taskid={taskid}&serialid={serialid}

检索某个特定的计划任务中，需要被操作的，序列号大于指定值的前20个需要被操作的在线的流量计的序列号。 如果Result.errcode=0且tag内包含的序列号的数量小于20，则说明没有后序的页。
