GET api/Agent/Dev/Dosimeter/V/CurrentUser

以不分页的方式，查询当前用户具有管辖权的流量计的清单，以复杂类型返回（DataTable)。 返回的DataTable包含以下字段：SerialId,ShaftNum,Address,ConnectionStatus. 当前API不需要鉴权。
